Many have probably heard the buzz about a certain yellow truck driving around campus. Well if not, many may have heard junior Craig Lewis blowing the train horn in his 2004 Dodge Ram Rumble Bee. Since buying the car in July 2007 Lewis said he has modified it. Lewis does all the work to his truck and said, "I have put many paychecks into my truck."

Lewis is fortunate not to have been in any accidents in the truck and says, "My truck gets a lot of head turns, which is a good thing, but I also get the look from the police too, and being a big loud yellow truck, a lot of people call to complain about it."

It is no wonder the truck gets head turns. Besides being bright yellow, Lewis said he has, "lowered it 6 inches as it sits a few inches from the ground on 20 inch rims. I have tinted the windows and done many other visual mods."

Lewis has always had a love for trucks and said, "I've always been into trucks because me and all my friends ride dirt bikes and need the beds to transport the bikes."

Besides riding dirt bikes with friends and needing to transport them, Lewis focuses on all aspects of the Rumble Bee. He said, "My buddies and I with dodge trucks have started the Mopar Mafia which is a custom truck club." He added "We go to different car shows sometimes to show them off."

Along with just having fun with friends, the truck shows have brought Lewis success. "I took 2nd in a local truck show this summer in Plainfield, CT," he said.

With all the hype and hard work that Lewis has put into the Rumble Bee don't expect it to go anywhere. Definitely don't expect to see Lewis driving anything else around because he said, "I will only drive dodge trucks as the rest are junk."
