Rindge Police Department Gives No Information

Thursday October 4th the Rindge Police Department refused to comply with the Right-to- Know Act here in New Hampshire, after several attempts by the Pierce Arrow to obtain public records, regarding incidents on its Rindge campus. According to the State General Laws, "Every citizen during the regular or business hours of all such bodies or agencies, and on the regular business premises of such bodies or agencies, has the right to inspect all public records...and to make memoranda, abstracts, and photographic or photostatic copies of the records or minutes." The Pierce Arrow has arranged to meet with Rindge Police Chief Michael Sielicki today.
